Adding to the English obsession with the weather

The weather here has been totally unpredictable here recently, cold and rainy one day, cold windy and sunny another and hot humid and overcast yet another. However ... my clematis have defied it all and bloomed gloriously :)

    wonderful clematis I have had no success with mine, been in two years and only a few inches high and not a sign of a flower!

    oh that's a shame :(
    These are 3 years old and I only had a few flowers last year towards the end of summer ... so persevere!
